Elawa Farm is a century-old estate nestled in Lake Forest, Illinois, designed in 1917 by celebrated architects Alfred Hopkins and David Adler. Its classical brick buildings and manicured grounds carry a quiet elegance that has only deepened with time. Yet the farm is very much alive — an organic garden, a seasonal market (open till 3pm), and farm-to-table dinners bring warmth and character to every corner of the property.
